You’ll recline comfortably in a zero-gravity chair and receive a gentle, individualized acupuncture treatment. Dim lighting, soft music, and a quiet room create space to rest alongside others receiving care.
People come with concerns such as pain in the neck, back, shoulders, hips, or knees; headaches; stress and anxiety; fatigue and burnout; sleep; digestion; women’s health; and general wellbeing. We’ll focus your visit on what’s appropriate for this setting.
Treatment is customized to you, within a shared space rather than a private room. For more involved orthopedic work or private women’s health conversations, ask about a private appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Wear loose, comfortable clothing so your arms, legs, and lower legs are easily accessible.

Arrive & check in.
Walk in during community hours and settle into the space.

A brief conversation.
We’ll focus your treatment on your needs for the day.

Rest comfortably.
Tiny, sterile, single-use needles are placed gently while you recline. You’ll rest for about 30–45 minutes.

Continue your evening.
After treatment, we’ll remove the needles and help you finish your visit.
