WOMEN’S HEALTH · HAMMONTON, NJ

Every cycle.
Every chapter.
The whole you.

Your care doesn’t begin and end with a symptom—or a positive pregnancy test. This is a space for menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transitions that follow.

CHOOSE YOUR SEASON

Care that grows
with you.

Your goals may change over time. We’ll meet you where you are now, with a plan shaped by your history, preferences, and existing medical care.

GET TO KNOW YOUR RHYTHM

Your cycle deserves
to be heard.

Irregular cycles, uncomfortable periods, PMS, and changes in your usual pattern can affect far more than a few days each month. We’ll explore your cycle history, symptoms, stress, and nourishment, with your goals for a more regular, comfortable cycle guiding the plan.

  • Irregular or changing menstrual cycles
  • Period discomfort & PMS
  • Cycle awareness & preconception preparation
  • Support through hormonal transitions

Your plan is individualized and can sit alongside gynecologic evaluation and treatment.

FERTILITY & PRECONCEPTION

You are more
than a cycle day
or a treatment plan.

Preparing for pregnancy can bring hope, uncertainty, and a lot to keep track of. Our conversations can include your menstrual pattern, medical treatment, daily nourishment, rest, and how you’re coping with the process.

Acupuncture can be part of a complementary care plan that keeps your wellbeing in focus. We’ll coordinate timing with your treatment schedule where appropriate and talk honestly about what acupuncture can and cannot offer.

THOUGHTFUL TOOLS, INDIVIDUAL CHOICES

Rooted in tradition.
Tailored to your stage.

Your plan may draw from local and distal acupuncture, nourishment and lifestyle conversations, and other appropriate techniques. If pain is part of your experience, orthopedic care can be part of the plan, too.

Moxibustion uses the herb mugwort as a source of warmth near selected acupuncture points. It may be considered for certain menstrual and women’s health patterns following an assessment—it is not automatically appropriate for every person or every pregnancy.

BEYOND THE REPRODUCTIVE YEARS

Still you.
A new season.

Perimenopause and menopause belong in the conversation, too. Changes in cycles, sleep, comfort, and emotional wellbeing can all help guide a personalized care plan.

YOUR QUESTIONS HAVE A PLACE HERE

Let’s talk
about your care.

Do I have to be trying to conceive?

No. Menstrual health, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and your general wellbeing all have a place here. You do not need a fertility goal to seek women’s health care.

Can I come while I’m doing IVF or IUI?

We can discuss complementary care alongside your fertility treatment. Please bring your medication list, current schedule, and any instructions from your fertility team. The plan focuses on you and does not replace reproductive medical care or promise a pregnancy outcome.

What about a breech baby?

For some pregnancies, moxibustion may help encourage a breech baby to turn. Suitability and timing need review with your OB or midwife, and treatment should be guided by a qualified practitioner. It does not replace obstetric assessment, external cephalic version (ECV), or birth planning. Read RCOG’s breech guidance ↗

Is moxibustion part of every treatment?

No. The decision depends on your assessment, stage of care, comfort, and medical circumstances. We’ll explain any suggested technique and discuss it before treatment.

How often would I need to come?

There is no one schedule for every cycle or fertility journey. We’ll discuss your goals, timeline, response to care, and budget, then reassess together.

Will insurance cover fertility visits?

Fertility-focused care is often private pay. Coverage for any service depends on your specific benefits and the condition being treated. We’ll verify benefits and discuss costs rather than assume coverage.
